Tatiana Moreno

Tatiana Moreno is the founder of Ruayni, a holistic investment and advisory ecosystem uniting prosperity, purpose, and wellbeing. A Colombian tennis athlete turned global finance professional, Tatiana has traveled, lived, studied, and worked across 46 countries, cultivating a global outlook that bridges business, culture, and human development.

Her journey began with a full athletic scholarship in the United States, where she completed her degree in Business Administration while competing as part of the university’s varsity tennis team. She started her career in Manhattan as a Financial Advisor at Lloyds Bank, later earning a Master’s in International Finance in France.

Tatiana’s international experience deepened in India, where she worked with ACCESS Development Services as Project Manager, creating and conducting a social impact assessment in the state of Rajasthan by implementing microfinance tools to improve the livelihood of 10,000 artisans working with stone, metal and lac. She later joined ROCKWOOL, advancing from Assistant Manager in Mumbai to Business Controller overseeing 25 markets from the Dubai office, followed by her role as Head of Finance at Pinpoint Media Group.

From 2022 to 2025, Tatiana worked with Christian Tyler Properties, a U.S. real estate developer and regional center, where she managed global client relationships and referral partnerships under the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program—strengthening her expertise in real estate investments and cross-border capital structuring.

In 2019, Tatiana founded Latamlux SAS in Colombia (NIT 901239751-5), which later evolved into Ruayni FZE, officially established on October 1st 2025 in the United Arab Emirates (License No. 46394). Ruayni reflects her vision of redefining prosperity through ethical finance, sustainability, and personal growth.

A certified Meditation & Mindfulness Trainer and Yoga Teacher, Tatiana integrates awareness and balance into leadership and wealth creation. Through Ruayni, she empowers individuals, investors, and organizations to align success with purpose—turning capital into a catalyst for meaningful impact and wellbeing.
